  • Additional $25 if transvaginal exam is needed.

  • Each additional fetus is $50. Anatomy scan not available for multi fetus pregnancies.

All diagnostic scans are self-pay, and payment is due at time of service. A superbill can be created for submission to insurance for reimbursement; however, Vita Ultrasound does not bill or process insurance claims

First Trimester

up to 12 weeks

  • Pregnancy confirmation

  • Crown Rump Length (CRL) and gestational sac measurements' for dating

  • Obtain fetal heart rate

  • Evaluation of maternal uterus, ovaries and adnexas

Limited OB

13+ weeks

  • Estimated fetal weight

  • Fetal heart rate

  • Fetal position

  • Placenta integrity and location

  • Amniotic fluid level

  • Cervical length

  • Anatomy follow ups from anatomy scan​

Anatomy Scan 

20-22 weeks

$199 

  • Evaluation of fetal anatomy (brain, heart, kidneys, spine, extremities, etc.)

  • Estimated fetal weight and gestational age

  • Amniotic fluid, placenta and umbilical cord evaluation

  • Fetal gender​

*If needed, call back anatomy scan is $75.

Biophysical Profile 

32+ weeks
